The Procurement Department of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs (MSYA) manages the acquisition of goods, services, and works required to support the Ministry’s operations and programmes. The Department ensures that procurement activities are conducted in a fair, transparent, and competitive manner, in accordance with public procurement policies and procedures.
By promoting value for money and accountability, the Procurement Department plays a key role in enabling the timely and effective delivery of initiatives that support sport development and youth empowerment in Trinidad and Tobago.
