Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs, Phillip Watts, today expressed condolences on the passing of former Member of Parliament, Eddie Hart.
In a statement to TTT Sport, Minister Watts noted that Trinidad and Tobago is mourning the loss of a true patriot and a cornerstone of the nation’s sporting culture.
He said that Eddie Hart was more than just a name associated with a league, he was a visionary who understood that sport is one of the most powerful tools for community transformation and youth empowerment.
His impact will be felt for generations.
